Little Happy Haus Membership

To rent an item from us, you must place a membership deposit with us.

            i. Singapore Citizen/PR – a deposit of SGD$50

            ii. Foreigner/Work Pass Holder – a deposit of SGD$100

Little Happy Haus shall be entitled to forfeit and/or retain any part of the deposit in the event that the renter breaches any terms or fail to pay any monies owing or due to us.

Deposit shall only be refunded when the account is closed and we have confirmed that all dues have been paid for and that you have been discharged of all obligations. The refund process will be within 5-20 working days after closure of the account. The deposit shall not be used to off-set any dues to Little Happy Haus.
